CHI GROUP FITNESS TRAINING CLASS

60 Minute group training. Get in shape with friends, family or join one of our existing groups. Our group training program is designed to cater to all levels of fitness and focus on all five components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. This practice will help stretch and loosen tight muscles from our strenuous days.  Move from one pose directly into the next … The Vinyasa Flow … This transition flow coordinates with your breathing. It’s done specifically as you exhale or inhale, and it gives you the feeling that your breath is moving your body. All level Class
